Took the time out of his day to explain and educate me on my heating system. He actually answered his phone and didn't hesitate to answer my questions or concerns. He gave me a list if things to try before he came to check things out and charge me! I really appreciate the help and compassion. WE called them up on a Sunday morning when our furnace had stopped and Burt came right over. He found the problem and repaired it promptly. He was very professional, dependable and honest. We would highly recommend him and his company.
